I ordered a used auto part a week ago. Every single day, I was told, "It will arrive tomorrow." After making me wait for an entire week, I was finally informed that the part was damaged. If I had been told the truth from the beginning, I would have bought the part somewhere else instead of wasting my time. This experience was very frustrating due to the lack of communication and honesty. I hope they improve the way they treat their customers.

First time in. Came in for a fuel pump. Good inventory of parts for older vehicles. Very happy with the service. Very professional. Never been to a used auto parts place that said " well are going to pull it, inspect it, and clean it up for you, before we give it to you ". That's pretty cool. Will definitely be my first call when looking for parts. I will definitely be back. Never heard of a place with a 1000 day warranty. That's amazing.
